Founded by Hayley Critcher, Mane Impact is a Fairlight Hair Salon built with heart (and a little help from her kids — literally, their initials are in the name). It’s a space that values care over chaos, trust over trends, and connection over quick fixes.

At Mane Impact, we offer a personalised, low-tox smoothing service using BKT Nanoplasty — a modern alternative to traditional keratin treatments that leaves your hair soft, sleek, and manageable without the harsh chemicals and damaged.
It’s free from formaldehyde, making it a safer alternative to traditional keratin treatments, and works deep within the hair shaft to repair damage, reduce frizz, and boost shine.
Suitable for all hair types, including colour-treated or compromised hair.
Our Nanoplasty treatment leaves your hair smoother, healthier, and more manageable for up to 5–6 months. With a gentle formula that’s even safe for pregnant women and kids over 7, it’s the perfect option for long-lasting, low-maintenance results.
