Meet Hayley | Salon Owner
Owner and front-of-house at Mane Impact, she keeps the vibe warm, organised, and genuinely welcoming. Although she doesn’t do services, she’s the resident hype woman who lives for that post-appointment glow and the confidence great hair brings. As Salon Owner and Salon Reception, she loves chatting to everyone and seeing those happy after faces. Her secret weapons are Natalie Anne Prep & Play for her kids and Color Wow Money Mist, and she can’t live without her straightener or curling tong. Clients describe her as friendly and always up for a chat. Coffee is a no from her, she’s a hot chocolate girl. If she weren’t in hair, she’d be in the beauty space (makeup, lashes, laser, injectables) or counselling. She’s a Capricorn born on the cusp with plenty of Sagittarius energy.

Meet Nicola | Salon Manager & Colour Specialist
Salon Manager and transformation queen at Mane Impact, she lives for big makeovers that bring out confidence and creativity. Behind the chair, her secret weapon is the curling tong, perfect for everything from beach waves to full glam, always finished with a little dry shampoo for lift.Clients describe her as outspoken yet kind, fun but professional, the perfect mix when you’re in the chair for hours. Her go-to is a flat white with skim milk and an extra shot (especially after an 11-hour shift). If she weren’t in hair, she’d be in care work, helping people feel good in another way. She swears by Kérastase Hyaluronic Acid for reviving blonde hair and, as an Aquarius, brings a little creative chaos and a lot of heart to every appointment.

Meet Amber | Senior Colourist
Colour Specialist at Mane Impact and the go-to for effortlessly beautiful, healthy colour. Amber loves every part of the colouring process, from helping clients find tones that suit their skin to teaching them how to maintain the result long after they leave the chair.She’s known for being thoughtful, caring, and generous, always prioritising hair health above all else. You’ll never see her compromise a client’s hair condition for a result. She believes great colour only matters if the hair feels good too.
Amber doesn’t drink coffee, couldn’t care less about star signs, and swears by a solid shampoo, conditioner, and treatment routine to keep every colour looking its best.

Meet Kelly | Senior Stylist
Senior Stylist and all-round powerhouse at Mane Impact, Kelly’s passion for hair started with her own journey to self-care, realising how transformative a good hair day can be. She loves being part of that confidence boost for her clients and seeing them light up after a fresh cut or colour.Known for her generous heart, strong mind, and unstoppable energy, Kelly’s the kind of stylist who’s always on the move and making things happen. Outside the salon, she eats healthy (mostly) but never says no to a good barbecue, and she’ll always choose a great movie over a TV series.
She never got the nickname she wanted growing up — unless you count “monkey” or “big eyes” from her brothers, but at Mane Impact, everyone just knows her as Kelly: warm, upbeat, and the ultimate feel-good stylist.

Meet Mylee | Salon Assistant
Assistant at Mane Impact and our go-to for the perfect toner. She loves watching colour come to life, that moment when the tone shifts and the hair shines just right.Her secret weapon? A scalp massager that makes every basin visit feel like a mini spa moment. Clients describe her as kind, and her friends say she’s funny, creative, and always brings good vibes to the salon.
You’ll usually find her with a chai latte in hand, chatting away while perfecting her skills. An Aries through and through, Mylee’s all energy, warmth, and creativity and she swears by Olaplex No.°10 Curl Defining Gel for healthy, bouncy hair every time.

Meet Lucy | Client Concierge
She’s part of the Mane Impact team as a tea-and-tidy assistant and is currently studying psychology at university, bringing those calm, welcoming vibes into the salon. She loves giving head massages to help clients unwind and feel truly cared for. Her favourite product is Kérastase Elixir Ultime serum for soft, shiny, amazing-smelling hair, and her holy grail is Color Wow Dream Filter Mineral Remover to keep hair fresh and free of mineral build-up. Salon Assistant (and yes, Hayley’s daughter!) at Mane Impact, Taylah loves being part of every transformation, especially washing out foils and toning to reveal the final colour. She’s passionate about healthy hair and swears by Olaplex treatments to keep blondes strong and shiny.Clients describe her as friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and a hot chocolate in hand. A true Libra, she’s chill, kind, and loyal, with dreams of becoming a stylist (and maybe a fashion one too). Taylah’s all about good vibes, great hair, and keeping every client’s hair healthy and happy.

Annie’s the friendly face behind your favourite coffee. She loves making drinks for clients, finding it a fun and easy way to make everyone feel welcome.Clients describe her as kind and helpful, and her friends say she’s thoughtful, friendly, and fun. When she’s not in the salon, you’ll usually find her spending time with animals, which she’d love to do full-time one day.
A Gemini who’s been told she suits the sign, Annie keeps things light, warm, and positive. She doesn’t like coffee herself, so it’s a hot chocolate for her every time. Her holy grail product is Olaplex No.6 for smooth, healthy hair that always looks fresh.

The woman behind some of the brightest, most seamless blondes on the Northern Beaches! Jennifer specialises in baby-lights because she loves achieving that luminous colour that grows out beautifully. Blow-dries, dry styling and up-dos are also her happy place.Her secret weapon behind the chair is a thorough consultation and serious attention to detail. Clients describe her as calm, honest and easy to talk to, and while she may take a little while to match a name to a face, she never forgets a story. You'll always leave feeling heard and looking incredible.
When she's not in the salon, she'd be doing your makeup. Creative work is just in her DNA. Almond latte in hand, always!
